Part of my ket microdosing routine I’m building is playlists. I am doing microdosing with the guidance of medical professionals and do not suggest that you do this on your own.
I’ve been listening to the same songs during dosing, which has just been in the morning, until today. (They have you ramp up to your full dosage.)
Today my dosage increased to where I need to split it over two sessions. So I’m building my afternoon playlist. I need 20-30 minutes of music that helps reinforce the experience.
I’m trying to Pavlov myself so that these songs associate with the burst of happychems that occurs as the ket lozenges melt. Music is one of my happy places, so combining it with the ketamine that is helping me to build protective pathways away from my intrusive thoughts and negative inner self-talk has been helpful, and I look forward to my sessions. My hope is that if I find myself in stressful, overwhelming, or triggering situations, that I can play these same tracks to help recenter myself.
I’m going to add a Gunship song to the PM list, just not sure which track yet.
I’m going to ask for suggestions on my socials. Will report back what I end up choosing.
